Minium of 42 days to qualify for car Subscription

Pay 4 weeks or 28 days up front plus bond – (no refunds minimum payment 42 x daily charge)

Pay remainder 14 days

7-day notice for extensions

7-day notice for returns or ending the subscription

After 42 days will accept weekly payments via direct debit or credit card.

Admin fees apply if weekly or monthly payments are declined.

Change of vehicle when due for service or after 42 days

Resign agreement after 11 months

Vehicle to be inspected by Betta Auto Hire after 42 days

Roadside assistance included – not covering user fault – run out of fuel / locked keys in car ect.

Customer to sign condition sheet on check out (out line long term car hires different conditions)

Customer consent to credit check?

Supply two forms of address identification – either = utilities bills or bank account statements and also supply physical drivers’ licence and credit debit card upon pick up.

Daily Kilometres options 50-100-150 per day

Excess Insurance options – included – mid tier $35 per week – Platiun cover $56 p/w

Two drivers included in agreement – additional drivers $2 per day

Additional Kilometres charges are calculated when vehicles are swapped or returned for service   – kilometres are not cumulative to the next vehicles rental period.

Parking and speeding fines incurred $50 admin fee

Customer responsibility to install toll tags

All toll surcharges and fees incurred to Betta Auto Hire will be added to the rental costs including administration fee of $5 per toll.

All vehicles to be returned in same condition – if not cleaned upon change over or end of subscription fees will apply

Tyres and windscreen are not covered – hirers responsibility to replace damaged tyres or repair windscreen chips.  Puncture repairs to tyres are the hires expense, if can’t be repaired must be replaced with same brand tyre.
